This range of double sided diamond bench stones range from extra Coarse & Fine 180/ 600 to the Classic Proffesional Stone which is extra fine & coarse 1000/300 grit. These Stone have a precision ground substrate ground to +/- 0.0005″ and are manufactured with Monocrystaline Diamonds, making them perfect for precise sharpening of all types of tooling from Plane Irons to solid carbide tips. The Stone have clearly marked grit sizes on their surface and the extra course stone has unique clearance channels to clear away swarf and produce a keen edge fast and efficiently. The smooth continual diamond surface on the fine sides prevents snagging when sharpening small or pointed tooling.
