November News

Welcome to our first edition of the Titman Tools News.

You may, or may not, know that the last 12 months Titman Tools has gone through a massive transformation. Not only with the organisation of the company but also the stock range it now brings to market.

A massive investment has been injected into Titman to make us a truly 21st Century company and get us back to where we should be, the number 1 Router cutter and woodworking accessory company in the UK. We still manufacture cutters in the UK and wherever possible buy British goods and distribute in sustainable packaging.

B2B Website

After talking to many of our dealers it was obvious that we were lacking a business to business (B2B) website for on line ordering, stock information and product data.

So, this month we have introduced a purpose-built Business to Business website to help our ever-increasing number of distributors.

On the website you will be able to login to your account, place orders and see any orders you have placed on the website in the past, for reference. The pricing of the products will be shown at both the list price and your discounted price so it easy to quote your customers knowing exactly where you stand.  Once you have placed your order it will be automatically dispatched, if for any reason the product is out of stock you will be informed whilst placing the order.

Router cutters

For the last 48 years titman has been known for manufacturing in the UK the highest quality router cutters aimed at the professional user wanting longevity and accuracy from his cutter.

Over the last 2 years Titman have studied the market place and analysed the requirements of the woodworking and manufacturing industries. With this in mind Titman Tools have introduced a second range of router cutters aimed at the trades people that require a cutter to be clean cutting and accurate but at a more economical price range.

The Titman Tools ‘Trade’ range of router cutters has been added to the range, again made in our UK factory in Clacton to the same high standard as the industrial range.

The Trade range of cutters is currently available in 150 of the most used styles used today. The cutters still give the same great performance as the industrial cutters but with a slightly lesser grade of tungsten carbide.

We feel that we now manufacture the best and the second-best cutters available in the market today and all made in Britain.

Woodworking Accessories

Whilst carrying out the study of the market it was apparent that there was desperate need for a credible alternative to what is available in the woodworking accessories market and so Titman Tools are pleased to announce the introduction of the following ranges to the market.
